Former WWE Announcer Apologizes For Inappropriate Comments

Former WWE broadcaster Todd Grisham is already apologizing for inappropriate comments at his new ESPN job.

Grisham recently referenced "the trail of tears" when discussing the Oklahoma Sooners loss to Texas Tech in college football this past weekend.

A lot of viewers were apparently offended, as the phrase historically refers to the Native Americans being forcibly removed from their land.

"The historical reference didn't even cross my mind," Grisham tweeted today.
