Indy Star Gregory Iron Wants a WWE 2012 Royal Rumble Spot

Independent wrestling star Gregory Iron is hoping to catch the eye of WWE officials with a petition to compete in the 2012 Royal Rumble match. Iron, 25 suffers from cerebral palsy although he does not let his condition get in the way recently saying: "the only time it bothers me is little stuff like if I need to open a bag of pretzels. I can't do it."

CM Punk confronted Iron at an independant wrestling show in July and said: "You're awesome! You overcome more than I ever have just waking up every morning. The fact that you became a pro wrestler, I'm only assuming it's because it was something you wanted to do. You didn't let anybody tell you that you couldn't do it ... I saw something special watching you in this ring."
