WWE Smackdown Results (11/11)
By -Vince Knight

For the very first time, Smackdown this week comes to us from Liverpool England and we are welcomed by Josh Matthews. Michael Cole then announces that reported that at this year’s Survivor Series there will be a traditional 10 man tag elimination with Team Orton taking on Team BarrettWe kick things off with Randy Orton coming out to the ring and he says that when Teddy Long told him he was to captain his own team at Survivor Series, Orton told Long he doesn’t exactly play well with others. Every team or group Orton has been a part of in his career in the WWE has imploded usually with him doing something horrible to what once were his friends. Orton said he is not a leader but sure as hell is no follower. So in the end he has no problem being team captain at Survivor Series. He has no problem giving Cody Rhodes the beating of his life again. And has no problem shutting Christian’s mouth up once and for all. He said he doesn’t…

Bobby Lashley returns to MMA fighting By - Kent Jones

Former WWE/TNA wrestler Bobby Lashley returns to MMA fighting Friday night in Lubbock, Texas for the first of three contracted fights for the Shark Fights promotion. The event will be taped to air on FUEL TV in December.

Lashley (6-1) has not fought since March when he defeated John Ott in unimpressive fashion on a Titan Fighting Championships card. Shark Fights signed Lashley to a three-fight deal after Lashley and Titan could not work out a deal for a second fight.

Lashley's opponent will be Karl Knothe (17-5), who was the last of the last-minute opponents Shark Fights attempted to book for Lashley's return fight.

Competing for the promotion's Heavyweight Title, Lashley enters the fight with a 47-pound advantage over Knothe. Shark Fights lists Lashley's weight as 252 lb. compared to Knothe's 205 lbs.

In-between fights, Lashley has dabbled in pro wrestling again and even announced he was open to independent wrestling bookings. It …

By -Vince Knight

Devon appeared on Hit the Ropes with Shane Howard, Daris Brown and Demetrus Stokes. Highlights from the interview are as follows:

On his contract with TNA and possible return to WWE: "The contract is still valid up until August; this coming August of next year. The fans on Twitter, Facebook, and in general, in the streets and at the house shows, a lot of the fans wanting Bubba and myself to return to the WWE because of the history we have there and what we've done and accomplish. I guess with the state of how the WWE is going now where you see a lot guys from our era, the Attitude Era, starting to make their way back slowly but surely, and not to mention they've been wanting that for a while, in terms of tag teams.... Could there be a chance we could be back in the WWE? Absolutely. Could there be a chance we stay in TNA? Absolutely."

It looks like the cat is out of the bag. OVW is the official developmental territory of TNA Impact Wrestling!

Matt Morgan
Ecstatic that Tna has new deal in place for Ovw to be used as our developmental system. That's where I trained, as well as a list of who's who in wrestling today! We are very fortunate to have Danny Davis/Ovw/trainers in helping our "Superstars of Tomorrow".

OVW Wrestling Relationship With Jim Cornette By - Kent Jones

OVW is now the official developmental territory of TNA.Jim Cornette has been on record about his hate for TNA & TNA decision to keep Vince Russo over Jim Cornette. Many who have asked.

As for  Cornette now working for TNA under the official developmental territory  Of  TNA .
Cornette left the position as matchmaker of OVW to concentrate on Ring of Honor full time a little less then a year ago. Though he has appeared on OVW TV since. Those appearances were in support of the product and not as a member of management.

Overall, this is an agreement that will benefit everyone involved including the fans as we get to watch fresh new faces on both Impact and OVW.

Sheamus Wants Undertaker

By -Vince Knight

The Sun has excerpts from an interview that Sheamus did with Fighting Spirit Magazine. During the interview, Sheamus admits that he would love to wrestle The Undertaker. "I've mixed it up with a lot of people — Randy Orton, John Cena, Triple H and Shawn Michaels — but a match with Undertaker would be fantastic," said Sheamus. "It would be two gingers knocking lumps out of each other. He tries to hide it, but he's a ginger... He's someone who's never faltered and is stronger now than he ever was."

AJ Styles was on Busted Open with Doug Mortman and Dave LaGreca on Sirius XM Radio. Here are some highlights from the interview, you can listen to the show every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2-4 ET on Sirius 94, XM 208.

On Hulk Hogan: "If you want to see my take my hair and dye it all blonde, slick it back, and hang out with girls all the time, and you know, do that whole thing, and just totally not be AJ at all, then you would've went with Hogan's idea. To me, that was the same thing they did in WCW with the referee. I don't know if you guys remember that, but that's exactly what popped in my mind. I was like, I'm not that guy, and I am AJ Styles. I'm not Ric Flair. I am who I am. I mean, just because he hasn't been watching, doesn't mean that a lot of people haven't. They know who AJ Styles is. I got to be honest man; I don't think that I need to ride Ric Flair's coat-tails to be the next grea…
