Sinclair Broadcasting, the parent company of Ring of Honor, has completed the acquisition of Freedom Communication TV stations for $385 million. The transaction will add eight new Sinclair affiliates in Texas, Florida, Michigan, New York, Tennessee, and Oregon to increase Sinclair's reach across the U.S. Potential ROH TV timeslots will be added in the future. New stations include:
KFDM of Beaumont, Texas; WPEC-TV of West Palm Beach, Fla.; WWMT of Grand Rapids-Kalamazoo-Battle Creek, Mich.; WRGB and WCWN Albany, N.Y.; WTVC of Chattanooga, Tenn.; WLAJ of Lansing, Mich.; and KTVL of Medford-Klamath Falls, Ore.
